Our Process

Our installation experience exceeds industry standards. Since 2006, we have installed hundreds of floor coatings.  The floor coating process starts with superior concrete preparation, repairing cracks and holes. We diamond grind to remove surface residue, open up pores and put a profile on the concrete so that the primer or base coat will adhere.

The next step includes diamond grinding the floor surface to produce a superior bond between the new coating and concrete base. Our vacuum systems help minimize airborne dust during preparation.

Our coating system can be applied in two days. Its rapid cure ability means that you can get back on your floor twenty-four hours after completion. Our full-chip floors will not peel up under hot tires and salt will not damage the coating.
